(2) Submit the application fee of 1,000 baht (35 USD) by pay-in form. Download from  .pdf or .xls
(3) Mail the following documents to the office of Petroleum Geoscience Program
a. A completed application form from (1)
b. A copy of official transcript (English version only)
c. A copy of identification card (for Thai citizen) or copy of passport (for Foreigner)
d. One of recent 1"x1" photograph taken no longer than six months prior to the application date e. Two letters of recommendation in the sealed envelope (or mail separately)
f. A copy of CU-TEP score or TOEFL or IELTS
g. The receipt of application fee |
