How to apply

(1) Apply to our program by using application form. It is downloadable in PDF or DOC format. You can type or use handwriting on the form.And please also apply online at Please download application guideline for Graduate Student Registration. The system will be open on February 1 – May 10, 2019.

(2) Submit the application fee of 1,000 baht (40 USD) by pay-in form.

Please be informed that the applicant have to pay application fee in full and pay bank fees or other transaction cost by themselves and also send us the receipt of application fee by attaching with the application form.

(3) Mail the following documents to the office of Petroleum Geoscience Program

  1. A completed application form from (1)
  2. A copy of official transcript (English version only)
  3. A copy of identification card (for Thai citizen)
  4. A copy of individual passport (for Foreigner) has to be valid at least 2 year prior to the application date
  5. One of recent 1″x1″ photograph taken no longer than six months prior to the application date
  6. Two letters of recommendation in the sealed envelope (or mail separately)
  7. A copy of CU-TEP score or TOEFL or IELTS
  8. The receipt of application fee
